Charlie's classmates at his new school bully him unmercifully when they discover he's the star of TV commercials. At a funfair, Charlie meets Madame Tatiana, a fortune-teller, who gives him a magical bubble-blowing kit. When he blows the bubbles at people, their worst fears are revealed to him.
