Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Little Lion Children's Bookshop (littlelionbookshop.com), the official brand of KAANDUU Co., Ltd., Chiang Mai, Thailand. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our books

Every book we sell is pre-owned and offered in the condition described on its product page. Because each is a unique second-hand copy, small signs of previous ownership are normal and expected.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). Books are exempt from VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery & pickup

We currently serve Thailand only. You can choose delivery by courier (shipping calculated at checkout) or free in-store pickup in Chiang Mai. We aim to dispatch promptly; delivery times depend on the courier.

4. Returns & refunds

Because our books are pre-owned and sold in the condition described, all sales are final, except where a book arrives damaged in transit or is materially not as described. In those cases, email care@littlelionbookshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Rewards

Members earn Little Lion Rewards points on online orders (1 point per THB spent; 1,000 points = THB 50 off). Full terms are on our FAQ page.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice and Thailand's PDPA.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
