"The Belair World of Display" series adopts a cross-curricular approach to the primary curriculum through art, design and display. "Our World of Display" books are a perfect starting point for the primary teacher wishing to combine several subjects in an effective and original way. The approach is generally thematic, whilst also covering the recommended requirements of the primary curriculum within the different subject areas. "Hands on PSHCE" focuses on the different aspects of PSHCE using themes from the QCA recommendations, Healthy Schools Programme and Every Child Matters (ECM) outcomes as a starting. Each of the 33 themes contains a colourful display idea with original activities linked to art and design and further ideas for interactive games and cross curricular links.
