Hank is visited by the ghost of cat burgler Tony Falco, who is having trouble getting into bandit heaven because of his botched last job. But as Hank and Tony try to make amends for his previous misdemeanour, Charlie goes missing! Now they have a real dilemma - do they look for Charlie or the missing bounty?
