When nobody talks to Ella at a picnic, she curls up into a ball and falls fast asleep. It's not long before she has turned into the wonderful and magical Dolphinella and is swimming in the sea. Then at the bottom of the ocean she meets the King of the Sea, Neptune and he needs Dolphinella's help.
