Inspired by his newfound enthusiasm for healthy living, Little Dragon joins an athletic club. The coach patiently puts him through his paces, but sadly enough, Little Dragon discovers he is not a natural at sports. Discouraged at first, the loveable dragon soon bounces back when he finds the perfect exercise plan.
