Mrs Jolly was a witch, but she didn't look like a witch. Mrs Jolly was plump and always smiled. She couldn't resist using her magic powers to have fun. Which is how she and her brightly coloured umbrella became very unusual contestants in the Great Hot-Air Balloon Race.
