Book 1 is the first of two books in Module 3 of New Cambridge Mathematics. The books are designed to introduce children to the use of a textbook. McMagic, his scatty but lovable dog Nevis, his cat Kit and their switched on friend Netty appear throughout the book adding interest and a feeling of involvement.
