The stories about the little helicopter Budgie, draw on the author's own experience as a helicopter pilot. They are aimed at 3-6-year-olds and describe the adventures of a helicopter called Budgie and his friends Lionel the Lynx helicopter and Pippa the Piper warrior plane.
