Alfie spends every free moment in his private attic room, where he can draw his cartoons. When Alfie draws, he can be funny and smart - and make things turn out just the way he wants. So when Alfie's older brother decides to move back home and take over the attic, Alfie comes up with a drastic plan to keep the room for himself.
